Nevernot closes first financing round

The soft tampon brand was able to attract celebrity investors. These include comedian Carolin Kebekus and business angel Tijen Onaran.
The start-up Nevernot was able to convince four famous female investors of its product. In addition to comedian Carolin Kebekus and business angel Tijen Onaran, actress Laura Karasek and influencer Charlotte Weise also contributed money. Among other things, Nevernot wants to bring soft tampons to a wide audience. Up to now, sex workers in particular have relied on them, as they can stay in the body during sex.
"A healthy relationship with your own sexuality is just as important as exercise or a balanced diet," says Katharina Trebitsch, who founded the start-up together with Anna Kössel. "We want to show this with our products and our communication: Toys and platforms have been successfully optimized in recent years, but all other products in the sector have been left behind." According to the founder, so-called intimate wellness products will have the same status in future as lipstick or eye cream.
The start-up did not disclose the amount invested. However, it is expected to be in the mid six-figure range. Michala Rudorfer, founder and CEO of Rose-Sky Investments, and Manuel Müller, founder and CEO of Emma - The Sleep Company, also invested money in the pre-seed financing round. The founders are also hoping for support from them in terms of content. "Although we have only just completed the financing round, our angels are already supporting us more than successfully," say the two.
