Payment license for Aifinyo

In the current year, the financing startup plans to launch a credit card and a business account, according to a media report.
According to the Dresden-based fintech Aifinyo. Finance Forward received a license for financial transfer transactions from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority Bafin. Through this, it is said to be able to trigger payments to its customers. The company would also like another license that would allow business customers to handle financing matters as well as invoice processing through their own accounts.
Aifinyo now plans to launch a business account and credit card this year, according to the media report. Companies and freelancers would then be able to manage their invoices through Aifinyo. Companies could get financing directly on Aifinyo's site.
The start-up recently raised around seven million euros in a capital increase. Carsten Maschmeyer's Paladin fund had also joined the company. Aifinyo operates a digital platform for financing solutions in the areas of factoring, finetrading, leasing and receivables management. The company thus targets companies of all phases. The company's subsidiary, Aifinyo Finance GmbH, is a Bafin-regulated financial services provider and is supervised by the Bundesbank and Bafin.
