Properti completes Pre-Series A round

The Swiss proptech receives a total of three million Swiss francs and now wants to further expand its platform.
Swiss proptech Properti has successfully completed its Pre-Series A financing round. The startup received a total of three million francs. Postfinance Ventures leads the round as a new investor, and existing investors Migros and Serpentine Ventures participate again. Properti now wants to use the money to expand its platform.
The start-up wants to use this platform to simplify the relationship between tenants, brokers and service providers. The company itself speaks of an offering that is intended to cover everything to do with the "living ecosystem."
"We see the investments as a further award for our team and are pleased with the trust placed in us," says CEO Levent Künzi, who founded Properti together with his brother Adrian Künzi. "Properti's innovative platform represents a sustainable solution that helps to increase efficiency and transparency in the real estate market," says Postfinance investor Christian Renner, explaining his company's entry.
