Properti completes Pre-Series A round

The Swiss proptech receives a total of three million Swiss francs and now wants to further expand its platform.
The Swiss proptech Properti has successfully completed its pre-Series A financing round. The start-up received a total of three million Swiss francs. Postfinance Ventures led the round as a new investor, with existing investors Migros and Serpentine Ventures also participating. Properti now intends to use the money to expand its platform.
The start-up wants to use it to simplify relationships between tenants, estate agents and service providers. The company itself talks about an offering that covers everything to do with the "housing ecosystem".
"We see the investments as further recognition for our team and are delighted with the trust placed in us," says CEO Levent Künzi, who founded Properti together with his brother Adrian Künzi. "Properti's innovative platform is a sustainable solution that helps to increase efficiency and transparency in the real estate market," says Postfinance investor Christian Renner, explaining his company's investment.
