Seed financing round at Ridebee successful

The Munich-based start-up receives a mid-six-figure sum from existing investor APX and wins renowned business angels.
The desire for sustainable mobility has spawned many startups and business ideas. Ridebee is also betting on it by connecting work colleagues for shared car rides. Now the Munich-based start-up was able to raise a mid-six-figure amount in its seed funding. Existing investor Axel Springer and Porsche (APX) is joined by several business angels: Andreas Burike of Anydesk, Gunter Dueck of Sharpist, Michael Hetzer of Tomorrow Bank and Michael Schnickmann of Rebike1.
Ridebee's concept is already being used by 10,000 employees at various company locations in Germany. The company plans to use the money to expand the service to include private rides and other shared mobility alternatives. "The increasing changes in everyday working life are having an effect on, among other things, greater flexibility in the requirements for individual mobility," founders Lukas Mohs and Fabian Seitz tell Munich Startup
