Shoutout and Chattyco join forces

The two German companies specialize in bookable video messages from stars. Now they want to expand together.

Shoutout and Chattyco have merged to form a joint platform. In future, both companies will be under the management of F1rst. Beat Ambord's Swiss company had already acquired Shoutout this summer.

Both Shoutout and Chattyco offer the sending of individual greetings from celebrities to their fans. With Shoutout, stars from music, sport and television can also donate part of their video fees to social projects. The merger of the two companies gives customers a greater choice of celebrities to book.

"We are delighted to be able to promote the successful concept of personalized video news under one roof," says Chattyco Managing Director Sylvius Bardt. "Beat Ambord can provide strong impetus for further development thanks to his exceptionally large network." Among other things, Ambord is planning further expansion in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and a new application for the underlying technology.
