Shoutout and Chattyco join forces

The two German companies specialize in bookable video messages from stars. Now they want to expand together.
Shoutout and Chattyco have merged to form a joint platform. In the future, both companies will be under the management of F1rst. Beat Ambord's Swiss company had already bought Shoutout this summer.
Both Shoutout and Chattyco offer the sending of individual greeting messages from celebrities to their fans. With Shoutout, stars from music, sports and television can also donate a portion of the video fees to social projects. The merger of the two companies gives customers a greater choice in the celebrities they can book.
"We are pleased to be able to advance the successful concept of personalized video messaging under one roof," said Chattyco CEO Sylvius Bardt. "Beat Ambord can provide strong impetus for further development through his exceptionally large network." Among other things, Ambord is planning further expansion in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and a new application for the technology behind it.
