Berlin, Landau, 29 April 2025 - HR tech startup Talent2Go, which specializes in digital training management, is acquiring recruiting startup wörk. Both companies are part of the allygatr ecosystem and are now growing together to form a platform that seamlessly combines recruiting and training management for the first time.

The integration brings strategic added value for companies: Talent2Go is expanding its offering to include wörk's app technology, which is specifically geared towards young talent, TikTok-style. The result: an all-in-one solution that digitally maps both the recruitment of young talent and individual training planning.
