Tom Mayer becomes Managing Director of Frischepost
The delivery start-up Frischepost has been joined by Milchmann co-founder Tom Mayer.
Tom Mayer is the new Managing Director of the Hamburg-based start-up Frischepost. "I am honored to be part of this success story, the company and the team," Mayer wrote on LinkedIn.
The business informatics graduate previously worked independently as a digital manager and consultant. In October of last year, Mayer founded his own start-up Milchmann - an online supermarket free of packaging waste. Because the start-up did not find enough investors, it failed in May of this year.
Frischepost was founded in 2015 by Juliane Willing and Eva Neugebauer. Users in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Cologne and the Rhine-Main region can order seasonal groceries via the Frischepost website and have them delivered to their homes.
