Top.legal successfully closes second financing round

The startup was able to raise a seven-figure sum and plans to use the money to further develop its AI.

The start-up Top.legal has announced the completion of its second round of financing. In the process, it was able to collect an amount in the seven-digit range, although the exact amount of the buzzer was not disclosed. The legaltech plans to use the money raised to invest in the further development of its AI.

The AI is intended to help entrepreneurs make better decisions in the negotiation phase of contracts based on data, prevent superfluous coordination rounds, complicated legal language and differences between the legal department and sales. In addition, the company, which is staffed mainly by software engineers, has set itself the goal of bringing more direct contact and personal interaction into contracts. To this end, accompanying information on the product being sold can be integrated into the respective documents at any time - for example, via personal videos or explanations.
