Valuecase closes pre-seed round

In addition to Picus Capital, several prominent business angels are also investing. The start-up now wants to use the money to improve its software.
The start-up Valuecase, which focuses on B2B sales, has successfully completed its pre-seed financing round. The Hamburg-based company raised a total of 3.5 million euros. The money comes from Picus Capital, Xange and 10x Founders. Business angels Rubin Ritter (Zalando), Felix Jahn (Home24) and Jonathan Benhamou (Peopledoc) are also involved.
Valuecase, founded in 2021 by Jan Niklas Wick and Lennart Prange, aims to make it easier for sales teams in the B2B segment to automate purchasing and onboarding processes. To this end, the start-up offers collaborative workspaces that companies can use as a white label solution. Customers to date include Workmotion and Welcome to the Jungle.
"In a very short space of time, Lennart, Jan Niklas and their team have developed innovative software that is changing interaction and collaboration between buyers and sellers in the B2B sector for the long term," says Oliver Heinrich from Picus Capital. The founders now want to invest the newly raised capital primarily in the automation and analysis functions of their software.
