Warehousing1 gets new chief financial officer

Martin Alpermann joins the management team of the start-up. He previously worked in the software sector.

Fulfillment start-up Warehousing1 has a new Head of Finance. Martin Alpermann is taking on the role of Director of Finance at the Berlin-based company and will work on the strategic direction of the company and improve internal financial processes.

Alpermann was most recently Vice President Finance at the software company Rapid Data. He also worked in investment banking for many years. "With Martin Alpermann, we have brought a very experienced finance expert into our start-up," explains Fabian Sedlmayr, founder and Managing Director of Warehousing1.

Warehousing1, founded in 2018 by Nico Szeli, Nils Aschmann and Fabian Sedlmayr, offers fulfillment services to e-commerce companies, i.e. supplying customers and fulfilling other contractual obligations. At the beginning of the year, the start-up raised ten million euros in its Series A financing round.
