Yoummday receives 30 million euros

The company has developed a platform designed to make service hotlines more modern. The technology is intended to ensure less frustration for callers, hotline staff and companies.
Munich-based customer service startup Yoummday has landed €30 million in investment. The money comes from investors Amira Growth and Project A, the Internet portal Munich Startup reports.
Yoummday wants to ensure that the concept of the call center catches on in today's world - and fits in with the modern working world. To this end, the company has developed a platform called "w@h OS." This connects calling customers with the right employees. In this way, Yoummday wants to ensure that the respective employees also have the appropriate qualifications to be able to help further.
With its solution, Yoummday wants to accommodate all parties involved: The employees, who can work flexibly from home, and also the customers: The idea is that they can get better help because they are dealing directly with suitable contacts. So the solution could potentially help make frustrating hotline calls a thing of the past.
With its recent investments, Yoummday is looking to expand its technology. The company also plans to expand internationally. To achieve this goal, the company wants to buy call centers in Europe and integrate them into its own platform. 35,000 multilingual service agents are already linked to the company's system, according to Yoummday. They come from more than 65 countries.
