About Bettersoon
Bettersoon was founded in 2025 in Hamburg, Germany. In the veterinary field we have a huge shortage of professionals (e.g. one vet is responsible for 20 thousand pets). Stressed out vets and pet owners make wrong, emotional based decisions. We start the examination while the sick pet is still at home. This enables the vet to prepare every appointment much better, and it helps the pet owners to make the right medical decision even if it is late on a sunday, in a rural area.
About the Product
Bettersoon is an online platform with a two-sided network effect. On the one side we have the pet owners. They can open up an account for their sick pet and start the clinical anamnesis right when he or she thinks for the first time, that there is something wrong about their pet. After the clinicial anmnesis, Bettersoon creates a clear overview of the answers and share it with the most appropriate vet.
