Applicants report chaotic conditions and a lack of feedback at the car manufacturer on Kununu.

7,000 people are to be employed at Tesla in Gründheide in Brandenburg from the summer. Working for one of the most innovative car manufacturers seems attractive. However, many applicants on Kununu, a review platform for employers, do not rate Tesla highly. They report that they do not receive any feedback even after months; calls and emails are apparently not responded to. One applicant criticizes the lack of appreciation. After receiving no feedback, he wrote: "Very embarrassing for such an innovative company." Another applicant for a manager position was apparently invited to an interview eight times. Another user writes that he was asked to send appointment proposals and received no response after his three proposals.

Apparently the inboxes of Tesla's HR department are overflowing. Employment agencies are also supplying contact details of the long-term unemployed to Elon Musk's start-up. The employment agency in Frankfurt an der Oder has forwarded more than 1,000 applicants to Tesla.
