The two partners are joining forces to focus on HR tech start-ups and drive the digitalization of the HR industry.

Berlin, 5 September 2024 - allygatr, the Berlin-based investor for HR tech, and the HRM Institute, a provider of HR networks, trade media and organizer of HR trade fairs in Germany, have announced a strategic partnership. The aim of the cooperation is to further advance the digital transformation in the HR industry and bring start-ups into the focus of HR.

Pooling expertise and networks

allygatr contributes its more than 25 portfolio start-ups and the HR tech ecosystem #hrtechallyance to the partnership. The HRM Institute contributes its industry contacts, access to trade fairs such as TALENTpro, L&Dpro, STAFFINGpro and RETENTIONpro as well as its media formats and the HRM.de network.
