amnis secures CHF 10 million in Series B

In addition to the financing, amnis gains a new Chairman of the Board of Directors in Peter Gerlach and strengthens its management team.

Zurich, February 26, 2025 - Swiss fintech startup Amnis Treasury Services AG has successfully closed a Series B financing round, raising CHF 10 million. The round was led by Swisscom Ventures. In addition, amnis received CHF 2 million in debt capital from Lendity.

Growth through digital financial solutions

amnis offers an international banking platform that supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with global payments. The platform enables low-cost transactions, automated accounting processes and efficient management of team expenses. In the last 12 months, amnis' payment volume has more than doubled, driven by strong demand for multi-currency debit cards and new expense processing capabilities.

Expansion plans and new markets

With the fresh capital, amnis plans to enter the market in other European countries and to expand its services to include e-commerce solutions and the integration of third-party systems. At the same time, the connection to accounting and ERP systems is to be expanded.

Peter Gerlach has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. Semih Kaçan, Investment Director at Swisscom Ventures, is also joining the Board of Directors. The two co-founders Robert Bloch and Philippe Christen are stepping down from the Board of Directors, but will remain active in their roles as COO and CFO.

Future strategy and market potential

amnis currently works with over 3,000 companies in more than 35 countries. The company intends to further expand its market position and implement new technologies. The company sees itself as one of the leading banking platforms for SMEs, facilitating international trade through transparent currency exchange, real-time transactions and local accounts in different currencies.
