Autofixer Receives 3 Million Euros for European Expansion
The Polish startup Autofixer has received three million euros in funding from the investor Orbit Capital. The funds are being provided in the form of venture debt, a type of debt financing for growth-oriented companies. Autofixer plans to use the funds to accelerate its international expansion, further develop its proprietary technology, and hire additional employees.
The company operates an e-commerce platform for auto parts and relies on the automated matching of various vehicle and product data. The goal is to make it easier for drivers to find the right replacement parts while also enabling dealers to access international markets.
The European market for auto parts offers significant potential in this regard. According to data from the industry association FIGIEFA and the consulting firm Roland Berger, sales of auto parts and components in 34 European countries reached approximately 154 billion euros in 2023. This figure is based on a vehicle fleet of more than 360 million cars.
However, selecting the right replacement parts remains a complex task. Even within a single model series, different components may be installed. Added to this are various part numbers, manufacturer designations, and technical specifications, which make direct product comparisons difficult.
AI and Automated Data Processing as the Foundation
Autofixer is developing a technology that links vehicle data, spare parts catalogs, and offers from various suppliers. In addition, the platform uses information about already known mappings between vehicle models and compatible spare parts.
Using automated data analysis and artificial intelligence, product information is processed and quotes are generated. This is intended to help customers more quickly identify which components are suitable for their vehicle.
The business model is aimed at both spare parts retailers and distributors. They provide the products and ensure their availability. Autofixer, on the other hand, handles the technical integration of the offers as well as marketing, customer acquisition, and customer service in the respective countries.
In doing so, the company is pursuing a relatively low-capital approach that leverages existing supplier structures rather than building its own extensive warehousing and logistics infrastructure.
Behind Autofixer is a founding team with experience in European e-commerce. The entrepreneurs previously built up the fashion brands Renee and born2be, which were later merged under the umbrella of the AZA Group. At its peak, the group generated annual revenue of approximately 114 million euros.
Revenue Growth and Market Entry in the Czech Republic
Autofixer is reporting significant growth for the current fiscal year. According to the company, revenue so far in 2026 has totaled approximately 41 million euros. This figure is expected to rise to about 52 million euros by the end of the year.
In the first ten months of the year, the platform processed more than 840,000 orders. For the full year, the company expects around one million orders. According to its own figures, Autofixer has also been generating a positive monthly earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) since July.
The new funding will initially be used to enter the Czech market. The launch is planned for within the coming month. Additional European markets are set to follow.
At the same time, Autofixer is investing in the further development of its online stores and planning additional AI features to assist customers in selecting products. In addition, the startup is working on an app designed to support drivers in their daily lives. With this, the company aims to strengthen customer loyalty beyond individual spare-part purchases.
Montis Capital had already invested in Autofixer in 2023 and 2025. Orbit Capital is now joining as another financing partner. The chosen debt structure enables the company to raise additional growth capital without immediately issuing further shares.
This expansion is taking place against the backdrop of an increasingly digitized auto parts market. According to a forecast by the Boston Consulting Group, the share of online auto parts purchases by end customers could rise from around 30 percent to about 70 percent by 2035. Autofixer aims to capitalize on this trend and establish itself as the go-to digital destination for vehicle owners in Europe.
