Dawn Health receives 11.5 million euros

Fresh capital to scale digital health solutions for global pharma industry. The platform is already in use at Merck and Novartis with focus on personalized care, RWE and SaaS model
Copenhagen, May 5, 2025 - Danish digital health company Dawn Health has closed an €11.5 million funding round. The funds come from existing investors Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker, Export and Investment Fund Denmark (EIFO) and Trifork. The aim is to roll out the proven SaaS platform and product range to other global markets and develop new digital healthcare offerings.
Digital solutions for therapy support and real-world evidence
Since 2021, Dawn Health has specialized in digital platform solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. The Dawn platform is already used by five leading pharmaceutical companies - including Merck and Novartis - in therapy programs for oncology, multiple sclerosis and rare pediatric diseases. Patients receive support in their day-to-day treatment, can document symptoms and stay in close contact with their medical team.
The platform combines AI, clinical integration, evidence generation, personalization and connected care - enabling advances in areas such as Digital Therapeutics (DTx), Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE).
Expansion of the SaaS strategy and global scaling
Dawn products can be seamlessly integrated into clinical workflows and meet the highest regulatory requirements - crucial for use in the pharmaceutical environment.
Our goal is to shape the next generation of digital health solutions - in close partnership with the global pharmaceutical industry. This funding will enable us to increase our impact and enter new markets.

Since a major investment round in December 2021, Dawn Health has expanded its international presence and significantly increased sales. Chairman Lars Marcher emphasizes: "With over 100 employees, proven solutions and a robust regulatory infrastructure, we are ready to further accelerate growth."
