The Spanish HR tech company Factorial has launched the Factorial AI Acceleration Initiative. A €10 million programme that supports European companies in integrating AI and digitalization into their business processes.

The initiative coincides with Factorial's 10th anniversary and is aimed at companies with 20 to 1,000 employees who take out an annual subscription to Factorial People or PRO Bundles for the first time.

The 10 million euros are divided into two components:

  • 5 million euros in direct cost reductions that lower barriers to entry.
  • 5 million in AI credits, which provide companies with additional resources for the use of AI-supported tools on the Factorial platform.

The aim is to accelerate digital transformation in HR, finance, IT and other business processes and facilitate the scaling of AI applications along the employee lifecycle - from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and workforce analytics.

The next decade of economic performance in Europe will depend on how effectively companies integrate AI into their operational processes.
