Flavia Wagner and Philipp Meier expand Nexoya management team

With the expansion, the start-up is preparing for another round of financing. The founders are also taking on new tasks.

Flavia Wagner and Philipp Meier will expand Nexoya's team at the Zurich location in the future. As Head of Customer Experience, Wagner will be responsible for marketing and customer satisfaction. Meier will work with his team on the technical development of the start-up's platform. "We are very happy to further develop two strong personalities from our own ranks with Flavia Wagner and Philipp Meier. The personnel expansion equips us to maintain our growth at the same pace as before in the coming months," says Nexoya founder and CEO Marco Hochstrasser.

Marco Hochstrasser and Manuel Dietrich founded Nexoya in 2018, a startup based in Zurich and Berlin that has developed a marketing analytics platform. The platform aggregates and processes metrics from advertising channels such as Google Ads, Instagram and Facebook. An AI then optimizes campaign budgets based on the data. The product is thus designed to enable Nexoya customers to reduce their marketing costs. Customers include companies such as Generali Switzerland, Swisscom, Jeep, Kardex and CSS Insurance.

Founders Marco Hochstrasser and Manuel Dietrich have also taken on new management positions as part of the restructuring. Hochstrasser was previously head of technology and will now take over as managing director. Dietrich, the previous managing director, will focus on partner development in the future and, as chief business development officer, will be responsible for the further development of new markets. In particular, he would like to expand the cooperation with agencies. With the expansion of the management and the focus on partner development, the start-up is preparing for another round of financing.
