Will gorillas become six-unicorns?

The Berlin delivery service is apparently looking to raise capital again. The start-up is reportedly aiming for a valuation of six billion US dollars.
The anger over last week's data protection problems could quickly evaporate at food delivery service Gorillas. As the US news portal Bloomberg reports, citing company sources, the Berlin-based start-up is already aiming for its next capital increase just a few weeks after its last financing round.
The company is reportedly looking to raise 500 million US dollars at a valuation of six billion US dollars. It was only in March that Gorillas broke the magical billion-dollar mark, making it a so-called unicorn.
The company itself did not confirm the information to Bloomberg ; according to a spokesperson, the reported figures are currently nothing more than speculation. Gorillas hit the headlines just last week when a hacker collective discovered that the data of around 200,000 customers had been exposed(Startbase reported). The gap has been closed, as the company explained.
