Completion pre-Series A DearEmployee

DearEmployee closes a pre-Series A financing round and announces new location in Potsdam. Existing investors HTGF and IMPACT51 are still on board.

In addition to the investors who already supported DearEmployee, such as High-Tech Gründerfonds and IMPACT51, new investors such as Brandenburg Kapital, MBG Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg GmbH and business angels from encourageventures as well as from the HR and healthcare sectors have also participated. No figures on the exact amount of the round have been made public.

DearEmployee offers B2B software that helps companies measure the mental stress of their employees and book appropriate health and HR measures. More than 300 companies are already using DearEmployee's solution, reducing their employees' risk of burnout by more than 30 percent in the first year.

With its all-in-one approach, DearEmployee offers its customers a holistic solution that helps companies to reduce sickness costs and increase productivity.
