Taledo increases financing round to six million euros

The HR start-up has been focusing on the digitalization of applications since 2017 and is now raising another 1.6 million euros for its financing round.
The HR start-up Taledo digitizes the recruiting process using EU-funded artificial intelligence. Since 2017, 1,500 companies have used the service. Taledo is now increasing its pre-series A financing round by 1.6 million euros to a total of six million euros. The money comes from new and existing investors, and the Berlin-based company is also receiving coronavirus aid from IBB Capital, through which KfW invests in start-ups.
"The capital from the new investment round will flow directly into the further development of the product," says CTO Marcel Poelker. The start-up wants to be a kind of digital headhunter for companies; Taledo currently employs 40 people in Berlin. Taledo has also been offering a digital applicant management system for companies since 2020.
