Alphin raises six million euros

The start-up wants to make automated online marketing for local businesses possible.
Berlin-based startup Alphin raises funding of six million euros. The Copenhagen early-stage fund Scale Capital and the Swiss family office Wille Finance invested. Existing investors HV Capital and Partech also participated again.
Lukas Krieger, Steffen Allesch and Mario Geiß founded Alphin in 2017. The founders' goal is to create a holistic marketing platform for local businesses. Traditional marketing agencies are often too expensive for small businesses, they said. The Alphin software would enable these small businesses to market professionally. The software says it can create semi-automated posts for social media and design customized advertising campaigns. This is expected to help local businesses attract new customers and generate higher sales. According to the start-up, 1,000 customers in Germany, Austria and the UK are already using this offer.
With the new capital, the startup plans to expand the features of its marketing platform and expand in Europe. "We are addressing an insanely large market with millions of under-digitized local businesses and are ready to execute our growth strategy," says co-founder Allesch.
