Cantourage expands to Poland
The start-up is cooperating with the Polish initiative Cannabis House and the Israeli cannabis producer Together Pharma. Together they want to offer medicinal cannabis from Uganda.
Cantourage, a German medical cannabis company, is cooperating with the Polish initiative Cannabis House to tap into the local market. Together with Together Pharma, an Israeli cannabis producer, they want to bring medicinal cannabis from Uganda to the Polish market.
From the first week of December, the Glueberry OG strain will be available in selected pharmacies across the country. After Germany and the UK, Poland is the third market in which the product is available. According to the supply agreement, more than 500 kilograms of dried cannabis flowers will be imported to Poland over the next three years.
"We want to help improve access to high-quality products and gradually expand the range on the Polish market," says Cantourage CEO Philip Schetter. Founded in 2019 and based in Berlin, the company has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since November 11, 2022 and intends to expand further on the European market.
