Constanze Stypula becomes General Manager at Payfit Germany

The manager is to raise awareness of the HR start-up and establish it as a central point of contact for payroll.

Constanze Stypula is taking over the management of Payfit Germany, a software provider for HR processes related to payroll. In her new position, Stypula is to establish the Payfit brand on the German market. She takes over from Istvan Laszloffy, who is leaving the company.

Stypula has many years of management experience. Among other things, she worked for ten years at Amazon, where she was most recently VP Emerging Operations Audible, responsible for text-to-speech. Prior to her new position at Payfit, she led Taxfix's innovation department as VP New Services. Now she is looking forward to the new challenges. "My main goal at first will be to make Payfit known as one of Europe's biggest HR tech unicorns and to establish ourselves as a central point of contact around the complex topic of payroll for SMEs," says Stypula.

Founded in 2015, the start-up Payfit aims to simplify HR processes around payroll. The company now enables employers in four countries with a solution for HR management and handles payroll completely automatically. Behind it are the founders Firmin Zocchetto, Ghislain de Fontenay and Florian Fournier. According to the company, it now has 8,000 customers and 1,000 employees.
