A star chef for Organic Garden

Organic Garden could inspire the star chef Holger Stromberg, who will become a subsidiary of the start-up with his company.

Start-up Organic Garden has been bringing the circular economy to the food industry since 2019, and has now enlisted celebrity support in the form of Michelin-starred chef Holger Stromberg. Stromberg will become a subsidiary of Organic Garden with his company f.e.b. and take all business branches and his team with him. The star chef has already cooked for the national team and received his first Michelin star at the age of 23. From now on, he will implement his ideas at the Ingolstadt-based start-up as Chief Culinary Officer, CCO.

"In my future partners, I have found companions who have the same unconditional will to change and the same guiding principle of filling the principle of action of sustainability with authenticity, meaning and action again," says Stromberg about his decision. A signature store is set to open in Munich this spring, where Stromberg's culinary ideas, such as a Green Hotdog, will also be sold.

In the long term, the start-up wants to operate a so-called Organic Garden Farm, which will demonstrate that circular economy works in practice. According to the start-up, the costs of such a farm amount to a mid-double-digit million amount, the founders invest themselves and are in talks with possible financiers. On the farms, 80 to 120 employees should then operate the food cycle economy.
