Equipme closes 3.8 million US dollar seed round

Equipme is targeting the operational development of its own SaaS platform with this round. La Famiglia VC is the lead investor.

Equipme, the "Everything-as-a-Service" enablement platform, has secured 3.8 million US dollars in a seed investment round led by La Famiglia VC. Other investors include Lightbird, Anamcara and business angels such as Ignaz Forstmeier, co-founder of Personio, and Charlie Songhurst, former head of corporate strategy at Microsoft

Hiring turnkey services from specialized providers is a way for companies to achieve results as quickly as possible, massively reduce workload and financial investments while remaining flexible. To implement this philosophy, the young company is building a network platform in a subscription model for the B2B sector.

The SaaS platform is designed so that companies can invite their existing service providers and at the same time use the existing network of suppliers that is already connected to the platform.

Founded in November 2021 by Alexandre Seifert and Paul Martin, the Frankfurt-based company believes that the most successful subscription models of recent years, such as Netflix and Uber, can be transferred to the B2B sector. The aim is to seamlessly connect companies with their providers in order to simplify access to services. This should save time and valuable resources for both sides.
