Gorillas starts in Leipzig

The food courier is thus also expanding further within Germany. Recently, there has been increasing criticism of the start-up's business practices.

Like some of its competitors, the courier service Gorillas promises food delivery within ten minutes. Having already attracted criticism in some cities such as Berlin, the start-up is now expanding further and is now also available in Leipzig East and South.

The Berlin-based start-up had recently been moving faster and faster into new markets and can now be found in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, the US and the UK. In Germany, Gorillas delivers to Berlin, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Cologne and Munich, among other places.

The business model had already made Gorillas a Unicorn a few weeks ago. However, there was also harsh criticism of the business practices of the start-up. Berlin, for example, already imposed a fine and a collective of workers stood up against the working conditions of the Berlin company.
