The German-Croatian AI startup Hypefy AI has closed a Series A funding round of $7.2 million. The round is led by AYMO Ventures, with existing investors such as Interactive Venture Partners, Oktogon Ventures, and Euroventures participating again. The company plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate its international expansion and further develop its AI platform for automated influencer marketing.

Influencer marketing is growing, but the processes behind it remain manual

Influencer marketing has been one of the most important growth channels for many consumer goods brands for years. However, the operational implementation is often still done manually. Research, outreach, price negotiations, contract management, content approvals, performance measurement, and billing all involve a significant administrative burden.

Hypefy AI is now taking a different approach. The platform enables brands and agencies to launch influencer campaigns with a single prompt and then execute them largely automatically.

AI handles the operational aspects of the campaign

The AI platform developed by Hypefy covers the entire campaign process—from identifying suitable creators, to reaching out to them and setting prices, all the way through contract management, content optimization, performance tracking, and billing. Companies retain control over briefings, budgets, and approvals, while the platform automates the operational processes. This is intended to enable campaigns to be launched faster, scaled more efficiently, and rolled out more easily on an international scale.

Brands want creator-driven growth, but not even more spreadsheets, direct messages, and tedious negotiations

The company developed the platform so that brands can define their goals and delegate the operational execution entirely to AI.

Already thousands of campaigns in 43 countries

The technology is already generating significant interest among international brands. Hypefy’s clients include NIVEA, Unilever, ABOUT YOU, Philips, PepsiCo, McDonald’s, and Samsung, among others. According to the company, several thousand campaigns have been carried out to date in a total of 43 countries. These campaigns are reported to have generated around 700 million impressions.

Growth Capital for International Expansion

With the new funding, Hypefy plans to further advance product development, tap into new markets, and expand its teams in Europe and the U.S. The company sees itself as a provider of a new generation of fully automated creator marketing platforms. Investors also see significant growth potential. Although influencer marketing currently accounts for only a relatively small share of total advertising budgets, it is one of the fastest-growing segments in the marketing industry.

According to AYMO Ventures, Hypefy is particularly well-positioned to benefit from this growth due to its comprehensive automation. In addition to the technology, the founding team was the key factor in the investment decision.
