The Everphone founder and CEO will from now on support the Berlin-based start-up as an investor and advisor.

Experienced founder Jan Dzulko joins Allygatr. The company founds and invests in promising HR startups. Dzulko is to help develop the company further as an investor and advisor.

Dzulko has many years of experience in building startups. In 2003, he founded the company Pecumax, which he later sold to Check24. Together with the Check24 founders, he built up an incubator for comparison portals. In 2016, he founded

Dzulko Everphone, which offers a rental model for business cell phones. Just recently, the startup was able to raise $200 million in a Series C financing round. During his tenure at Everphone, Dzulko said he noticed that there were few digital solutions and innovations in the HR space. "Allygatr promotes and pushes European startups that offer exactly these solutions and innovations for the markets here locally, which is why I was immediately on fire and happy to join as an advisor," Dzulko says.

Benjamin Visser founded Allygatr in 2012 with a vision to transform the HR world. Until recently, the company was called VB Business Group. He says the shortage of skilled workers in the IT, skilled trades and care sectors makes employee recruitment and retention even more important. For this reason, the startup wants to build HR companies that offer innovations in the recruiting process. Currently, the five start-ups Searchtalent, Recunited, Emplu, Workbee and Hammerjobs belong to the company.
