Nona Care is being taken over by Worklife, the French market leader in the provision of company-financed, private childcare. Nona Care only went online just under a year ago. The start-up plans company childcare for companies. According to the company, it can replace or supplement company nurseries. Its services include online babysitting, webinars for parents and a childcare place search. The Berlin start-up's customers include N26 and Hellofresh.

The Berlin start-up goes to Worklife.

Nona Care is being acquired by Worklife, the French market leader in the provision of company-financed, private childcare. Nona Care only went online just under a year ago. The start-up plans company childcare for companies. According to the company, it can replace or supplement company nurseries. Its services include online babysitting, webinars for parents and a childcare place search. The Berlin start-up's customers include N26 and Hellofresh.

In a press release, the start-up writes that founder Kirill Tifuanov and Worklife founder Benjamin Suchar recognized "numerous synergies", which ultimately led them to make the acquisition. The company remains silent about the purchase price. Worklife offers companies an app and website where employees can easily book services that are either paid for by companies using credit or privately.
