New Chief People Officer at Sennder

Anja Maassen van den Brink has been responsible for HR at flight cab start-up Lilium since 2019. At Sennder, she will focus primarily on attracting new tech talent.

Same role, new startup: Anja Maassen van den Brink is moving from flight cab startup Lilium to Sennder as Chief People Officer. At the logistics startup, she is to focus on growing the company and attracting new tech talent. Van den Brink's responsibilities there include training and development, employee retention, diversity, equity and inclusion.

In previous roles, van den Brink has driven employee integration at Vodafone and Ziggo in the Netherlands as a change management expert, and served as CPO of Maxeda DIY Retail and vice president HR of Sara Lee International, a global consumer goods company.
