New Chief People Officer at Sennder

Anja Maassen van den Brink has been responsible for HR at air cab start-up Lilium since 2019. At Sennder, she will focus primarily on recruiting new tech talent.
Same role, new start-up: Anja Maassen van den Brink is moving from air cab start-up Lilium to Sennder as Chief People Officer. At the logistics start-up, she will focus on expanding the company and attracting new tech talent. Among other things, van den Brink is responsible for training and development, employee retention, diversity, equality and inclusion.
In previous roles, van den Brink has driven the employee integration of Vodafone and Ziggo in the Netherlands as a change management expert, and served as CPO of Maxeda DIY Retail and Vice President HR of Sara Lee International, a global consumer goods company.
