Worksurance gets investors

No less than three insurers are participating in the Kronach-based start-up, which aims to inform end consumers about all the options available in the event of occupational disability: Nürnberger, Volkswohl Bund and Bayerische.

There are many question marks surrounding the topic of occupational disability among consumers. The start-up Worksurance wants to tackle this and launched a website at the beginning of the year that offers a wide range of knowledge on the subject of occupational disability insurance. Insurance companies also see potential in the concept. Now three of them are getting involved, each with equal shares, according to the information provided by the Versicherungsboten.

The insurers are Nürnberger, Bayrische via Bayerische ProKunde AG and Volkswohl Bund. The investment is to flow into the development of new insurance policies, and more customers are also to be reached via e-commerce.
