Gütersloh / New Zealand - Bertelsmann Investments (BI) recently made a mid-single-digit million strategic investment in Author-it Software Corporation (ASC), a New Zealand-based company that develops component-based regulated document authoring solutions for pharmaceutical companies. ASC is the developer of Docuvera, a platform that aims to increase efficiency in the life sciences industry by helping B2B customers to efficiently author, review, approve, translate and publish regulated documents.
