The start-up receives 20 million euros. Among others, an initiative of the Bavarian state government has participated.

The Munich-based start-up Casavi has raised 20 million euros in its Series B financing round. The company offers an online solution for real estate management and administration. The investor Digital+ Partners, Wachstumsfonds Bayern managed by Bayern Kapital and High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) led the round. The existing investors Dquadrat and Wenvest also participated again.

Following initial projects with international customers, Casavi intends to invest the money in developing further markets in Europe. The company is also planning to expand the platform with new offerings. Casavi plans to create a total of over 50 additional jobs at all locations. Managing Director Peter Schindlmeier explains the company's concept: "With Casavi, we have established a platform geared towards the specific requirements of the real estate industry and are thus enabling the digital networking of its participants in a scalable manner for the first time."

With the Bavarian Growth Fund, an initiative of the Bavarian state government is supporting the company. "Innovative high-tech start-ups are dependent on significant venture capital investments in order to maintain and expand their own market position internationally," says Bavaria's Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger. With the Bavarian Growth Fund managed by Bayern Kapital, the state wants to support innovative technology leaders like Casavi.

Schindlmeier, Oliver Stamm and David Klötzer founded Casavi GmbH in 2015. The company employs 75 people in Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin. Casavi's online platform is intended as a link between parties active in the real estate industry. Housing companies and building management companies can use it to contact residents. For example, there are service apps for tenants and owners as well as a digital service provider platform. Around 1,000 property managers and housing companies are using the cloud solution. They use the platform to manage more than 1.6 million residential units and 70,000 buildings in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
