The insolvent Berlin Internet start-ups Natural Mojo and Skingood Garden are saved

The restructuring expert Frank Brachwitz from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH was able to find a financially strong investor for the insolvent Berlin Internet start-ups Natural Mojo and Skingood Garden. A company of the GÖDE Group will take over the business operations with effect from April 1, 2023 as part of a transferring reorganization and will retain the entire workforce.

Natural Mojo GmbH, Skingood Garden UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and sister company IB Group Services GmbH had to file for insolvency in November 2022 due to liquidity difficulties. The group of companies belongs to the food division of the Internet company Invincible Brands and sells dietary supplements and nutricosmetics (beauty food) to end consumers via the Internet under the Natural Mojo and Skingood Garden brands. The group's sales amounted to about 13.9 million euros in 2021.

The administrator and his team succeeded in reactivating the operational business. Pre-insolvency funding for employees was organized, liquidity plans were drawn up for all three companies, and talks were held with the logistics service provider to reopen the online stores for new orders. More than a dozen investors expressed their interest in a takeover and were given access to the electronic data room to conduct due diligence.

RA Brachwitz was finally able to find a financially strong investor who will take over the business operations. The purchase agreement has already been signed. The parties agreed not to disclose the terms of the contract. The buyer will take over all employees of the young, international team.
