The Munich-based company einwert has successfully completed a seed financing round in which four million euros were raised under the leadership of Ventech, a pan-European early-stage venture capital firm.

Real-time value analysis as USP

einwert offers a platform for real estate valuations that produces certified appraisals in a short space of time. Special software seamlessly integrates data and documents, enabling users to retrieve and analyze valuation results digitally.

A unique selling point of the platform is the integration of current market data from various providers, which enables real-time value analyses and benchmarks in the real estate industry. This is intended to support well-founded decisions regarding portfolio optimization, re-letting or ESG investments and offer time savings and transparency through digital order management.

Investors and clients

einwert's clients include companies such as BNP Paribas REIM, Exporo and Engel & Völkers. According to the founders, Dr. Christina Mauer and Dr. Maximilian Schlachter, the fresh funding of four million euros will be used to further develop the platform in order to strive for European market leadership in the field of value management.

Ventech is the new lead investor alongside existing investors such as 468 Capital, Wecken & Cie, Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund and infinitas capital. They also receive support from renowned business angels such as Oliver Manojlovic from Personio and Dr. Stephan Rohr from TWAICE.
