Exakt Health launches physiotherapy app in German too

Exakt Health's physiotherapy app has been on the market since August this year. With the introduction of three new languages, the Berlin-based start-up wants to grow quickly in Europe.
The Exakt Health physiotherapy app is now also available in German, Spanish and French. Users from the European Union and the UK can download the app for free.
The app offers personalized treatment plans and daily exercises for various sports injuries. Soon it will also be possible to call or chat with a physiotherapist via the app.
"Good patient education means users can access important medical information in their native language," says CEO and founder Philip Billaudelle. "With the launch of our solution in French, German and Spanish, we've just taken another important step in making physical therapy accessible to anyone, anywhere."
Exakt Health was founded in January this year by former N26 employees Philip Billaudelle and Lucia Payo. The physiotherapy app has been on the market since August. It is certified as a European medical device.
