HR Path secures 500 million euros for international expansion

HR Path is planning its international expansion with 500 million euros in financing from Ardian. The company plans to expand its activities in Germany and other countries.

Paris, France, July 2024 - HR Path, an HR consulting and HRIS integration company, has closed a €500 million financing round. The investor is Ardian, a private equity firm. This financing is intended to support HR Path in its international expansion.

Strengthening the global presence

HR Path operates in 22 countries and has recorded annual growth of 25 percent since 2021. Since 2009, the company has acquired 38 companies. With the new financing, HR Path plans to consolidate its position in the global market and further accelerate its growth. The focus will be on the USA, Canada, Germany, the Nordics and Australia.

Expansion in Germany

In Germany, HR Path intends to expand its presence and drive forward its growth strategy. The company currently has offices in Hamburg and Stuttgart and employs over 30 people. It supports internationally active companies and DAX members. The new financing will be used to intensify these activities and develop new services to meet the HR management needs of German companies.

One step was the integration of Fisher Group International (FGI), a specialist in leadership development and HR consulting. The group is looking into further partnerships and collaborations with German companies.
