SecurITe launches agentis360 and secures seed financing in the double-digit million range

The SecurITe Group has announced the official market launch of agentis360 and at the same time closed a seed financing round in the double-digit million range. The company develops agentic AI security solutions specifically for the healthcare sector and critical infrastructure operators.

The launch of agentis360 took place at DMEA 2026 in Berlin. According to the company, it is the first agent-based AI safety platform developed specifically for clinical environments and critical infrastructure. The financing was implemented together with an independent European financing partner. This partner has not yet been named.

Cybersecurity in the healthcare sector under pressure

SecurITe is responding to an increasing threat situation in the healthcare sector. According to the company, AI-supported attacks, autonomous malware and automated zero-day exploits are increasingly posing problems for traditional security architectures.

With agentis360, SecurITe is taking a new approach: instead of adding AI functions to existing systems retrospectively, the platform has been developed entirely for an agentic AI era. Several coordinated AI agents analyze clinical networks, medical devices and security-relevant processes in real time.

Among other things, the platform is designed to detect anomalies in medical systems, identify attacks on healthcare-specific protocols and provide security teams with proactive recommendations for action.

Healthcare and critical infrastructures

SecurITe 2024 was founded by Manuel Nedbal and Sumanth Gangashanaiah. The founding team brings experience from companies such as Google, Netskope, Fortinet, ShieldX, McAfee and Intel.

The strategic partner is the Austrian x-tention group, an IT specialist for the healthcare sector with around 1,000 customers in Europe. The partnership gives SecurITe direct access to the European healthcare market.

International expansion planned

According to SecurITe, it has already acquired more than 30 corporate customers in the healthcare and critical infrastructure sectors. At the same time, numerous proof-of-concept and proof-of-value projects are underway for agentis360.

The company intends to use the fresh capital to accelerate its international expansion. Plans include the expansion of go-to-market partnerships in Europe, the UK and the USA as well as additional investments in engineering and product development.
