Solarisbank has appointed Chloé Mayenobe to the Management Board. She has held the position of Chief Growth Officer since March of this year. In future, Mayenobe will represent the entire sales organization on the Management Board.
She brings experience from her time as Deputy Managing Director of Natixis Payments and as a member of the Natixis Executive Committee, as well as from her work at the Ingenico Group. There she managed a turnover of 400 million euros and was responsible for 1500 employees. "Our international expansion and new partnerships require continuous further development of the organization," says Roland Folz, Managing Director of the Solarisbank Group. "I am delighted that Chloé will now also be contributing her wealth of experience to the Management Board."
There will also be another change at Neobank: Jörg Diewald is stepping down as Chief Commercial Officer for personal reasons. In future, he will advise Solarisbank as Executive Advisor and take care of new and existing strategic partnerships.
Solarisbank is currently on course for growth: Neobank is aiming for sustainable revenue growth of 40 to 60 percent and is preparing for an IPO. To this end, the start-up is reorganizing its organizational and management structure, converting its accounting standards and optimizing its processes and investments in compliance and regulation.
