Visualvest manages assets of over five billion euros

Visualvest's Robo Advisor has had a successful year. Nevertheless, most of the money still comes from the white label business of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken.
Visualvest now manages customer assets totaling over five billion euros. This means that the Union Investment subsidiary has managed to quintuple its assets under management within a year. According to financial scene four-fifths of the investments originate from the white-label product "Vermögen Plus", which is distributed via the cooperative Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken. Only low three-digit million amounts are attributable to directly managed customer assets of the robo advisor.
"The rapid growth of the assets under our management is based on the cooperation with our partner banks. Our digital asset management solutions not only appeal to young, digital-savvy end customers, but are also successfully used by the banks in their local customer advisory services," says Olaf Zeitnitz, founder and CEO of Visualvest.
Visualvest has been around since 2015 and offers a robo advisor, among other things. This automatically invests in low-cost ETFs for customers. The white label product distributed by the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken is called "MeinInvest". The "Vermögen Plus" investment variant is more of a hybrid between the traditional robo and fund business and is offered to customers at their local banks. In January 2021, Visualvest exceeded the threshold of one billion assets under management.
