Vitas receives six-figure sum

Nurembergers bet on Nurembergers: Müller Medien invests in the start-up Vitas, which has developed a voice assistant for restaurants or hotlines.
Müller Medien has invested a six-figure sum in the start-up Vitas. The Nuremberg-based start-up has developed a voice assistant based on artificial intelligence that takes calls to make appointments or book tables over the phone. Standard questions are answered and so far the service is mainly represented in the gastronomy sector. Those who have the resmio reservation system can add the voice assistant within 15 minutes.
But Corona has made the need for reservations obsolete, so Vitas had to respond and within three weeks developed a voice assistant for health department hotlines, which has been active since April 2020.
With the money from Nuremberg-based investor Müller Medien, the voice assistant is also to be developed for other areas, such as doctors' surgeries and car repair shops. In addition, the voice is to be made even more human-like. It already recognizes dialects and can therefore be used throughout Germany. In addition to such standardized offers, an order can also be placed specifically for a company or business.
