Amsterdam, March 2024 - Amsterdam-based Orq.ai, specialized in generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) for enterprises, has successfully closed a EUR 1.5 million expansion round. The funding comes from leading investors such as XO Ventures, xdeck ventures, Curiosity VC and Spacetime. The funding will be used to strengthen the product and go-to-market team for the European market, with a particular focus on Germany and the Benelux countries.

New products: Experiment and Optimize expand the platform

Two new products were launched alongside the financing round: "Experiment" and "Optimize". These complement the existing "Run" solution and can be used independently. "Experiment" facilitates the setup and testing of generative AI use cases, prompts and data sets. Companies have full control over quality, costs and performance. "Optimize" provides real-time analytics of all interactions with AI models that can be curated by domain experts for ongoing improvements and fine-tuning.

Investors commit to Orq.ai's vision

The current funding round was led by XO Ventures, led by Bart Malenstein and Marc van Meerwijk, and xdeck ventures from Germany. Existing investors Curiosity VC and Spacetime also joined. The investors emphasize the need for a solution like Orq.ai that enables AI transformations and seamlessly integrates AI models into businesses. The new funding will help strengthen Orq.ai's position in the European generative AI space.
