Anne and Stefan Lemcke founded Ankerkraut, a successful start-up that raised a six-figure sum five years ago. In the new season of the show, the two founders will appear as guests and invest themselves.

Five years ago, Anne and Stefan Lemcke presented their start-up Ankerkraut on the Vox show "Die Höhle der Löwen", and now they are returning to the show as investors. As guest lions, the two founders will be seen investing themselves. Last year, they sold shares in Ankerkraut to the French investor EMZ. "This has never happened before and we are very proud that we were able to have this unique experience," writes Anne Lemcke on LinkedIn.

In 2016, Ankerkraut received a six-figure sum from investor Frank Thelen; today, the Hamburg-based company has a turnover of 60 million euros and is profitable with 200 employees.

The tenth season of "Die Höhle der Löwen" will see the biggest deal in the show's TV history, as announced by investor Carsten Maschmeyer: a start-up will receive five million euros.
