Autodoc is a sales billionaire

In 2018, the young company's turnover was still less than half of this. Profits are also relatively high.
The Berlin-based car parts start-up Autodoc generated sales of around one billion euros in 2021. This is reported by German Startups with reference to the company's annual financial statements. The company thus generated 23.1 percent more than in 2020, when it had a turnover of 842.1 million euros.
Turnover had risen steadily, amounting to 612.4 million euros in 2019. The difference between 2018 and 2021 is particularly significant: whereas it once stood at 415 million euros, it has now more than doubled.
The company's profit is also relatively high. According to the 2019 annual financial statements, the annual net profit was 31.5 million euros and 55.1 million euros in 2020. According to Deutsche Startups, the company has now only announced the adjusted EBITDA for 2021, which basically describes the operating cash flow before taxes: This amounted to 123.9 million euros.
Autodoc describes itself as Europe's leading online retailer for automotive spare parts. The company emerged from E&S PKWTeile in 2015. The company hired its first employee in May 2009 and now has over 4,600.
