Appnavi successfully closes a financing round with Bayern Kapital and private investors. The programming start-up intends to use the money to grow further.

Appnavi's "digital adoption platform" enables users to be guided step by step through new software, programs and updates. The Munich-based start-up is now receiving support from Bayern Kapital, the venture capital company of the Free State of Bavaria, and private investors from the BayStartUP investor network. The amount of the investment is not known.

"Thanks to the partnership with Bayern Kapital and the investors from the BayStartUP investor network, we want to accelerate our growth," says Appnavi founder Carsten Neumann about the use of the funding. Founded in 2017, the start-up helps companies to train their employees on new programs or newly added functions. This not only saves training costs, but also money. In addition, recurring tasks can be handed over to Appnavi, and the step-by-step help can be translated into 29 languages at the touch of a button, making it usable internationally for companies.

Bayern-Kapital Managing Director Georg Ried also sees the benefits: "The world of work is becoming increasingly digital. But for business software to really help increase efficiency, it has to bring tangible added value for users and make employees' everyday lives easier." He continues: "We are therefore happy to support AppNavi with our investment to drive the company's growth."

The private investors in Appnavi are former Telegate CEO Andreas Albath and Achim Lederle, Managing Partner at Quantum Partners, as well as itec systems AG. They all belong to the BayStartUP network, which puts start-ups in contact with over 300 business angels and 150 institutional investors.
