Elephant secures over €5 million for AI-supported knowledge transfer in operational teams. The start-up wants to integrate training directly into the day-to-day work of frontline teams.

Elephant Company has closed a financing round of more than 5 million euros. The round is led by EnBW New Ventures and Wepa, supplemented by business angels from Flix, Home24, Quentic, SB21 and Topi. The fresh capital will be used to expand the team and further develop the platform.

The aim is to rethink knowledge transfer in operational organizations, where digitalization has been the slowest to arrive.

Knowledge stands still while work continues

In many companies, it is precisely the operational teams that make the difference between success and failure: Production, logistics, service, retail. At the same time, knowledge in these areas is often fragmented, outdated or only available verbally. Training documents age faster than processes change.

Knowledge that gathers dust in PDFs or Powerpoints is of no use to anyone. We bring it to where it is needed: directly to the people who make the operational difference.

AI-supported learning directly in the workflow

This is exactly where Elephant comes in, translating internal knowledge into interactive micro-learning formats using an AI-based course builder. Content is no longer stored in PDFs or Powerpoints, but integrated directly into the work process.

With deeply integrated AI agents, learning becomes process-oriented, personalized and possible directly at the point of need for the first time.

A mobile app and a context-based AI assistant provide employees with exactly the information they need at any given moment.

Focus on frontline excellence

The platform is aimed at a structural lever. This means fewer queries, faster training, more reliable process execution and greater responsiveness in dynamic environments. Training is no longer a separate process, but part of daily work.

Investors with operational experience

The round is supported by investors with a strong operational background. EnBW New Ventures and Wepa contribute direct insights from large, real-world organizations. This is complemented by experienced founders from the European start-up scene.
