The HR software start-up from Münster receives seed funding of 600,000 euros.

Echometer has successfully completed its seed financing. The backers include the bosses of Flaschenpost. Oliver Flaskämper, founder of the crypto trading platform Bitcoin.de, and several medium-sized companies have also given money. The HR software start-up received a total of 600,000 euros.

Echometer was spun out of the Institute of Psychology at the University of Münster in 2019. The start-up aims to create a better and more agile environment for work teams with a digital coach.

According to the start-up, its customers include Miele, Toyota and Deutsche Post. Last year, Echometer achieved a six-figure turnover, reports Gründerszene. 13 employees work for the start-up.
