Grover appoints three new managers

The rental commerce platform appoints Linda Rubin as COO and strengthens its B2B management team at the same time.
Berlin-based unicorn Grover is appointing three new managers to set up its management structure for further growth. Linda Rubin has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In her new role, Rubin will manage Grover's day-to-day operations while retaining her current role as Chief Investment Officer, overseeing all of the company's M&A and fundraising activities.
In addition, Nicolas Cappiello will become Chief B2B Officer and Lisa Skowron Mota will become Chief Revenue B2B Officer for the US. Both have held leadership positions at Linkedin for several years. "With Lisa and Nicolas, we have hired two sales experts who have successfully driven growth at Linkedin and will help us to become number one in the B2B sector as well," says Michael Cassau, founder and CEO of Grover.
Founded in 2015, the rental commerce platform offers game consoles, smartphones and drones for rent. "The rapid development towards the rental market for technology products is part of a major change that is shaping our society," says Michael Cassau, founder and CEO of Grover. The way we use technology is currently changing.
Grover's customers send the rented products back to the company after use. Grover then refurbishes them and puts them back into circulation. The aim is to reduce the amount of electronic waste. In addition to Germany, the rental service is also available in the USA, Austria, the Netherlands and Spain.
